Nicole’s interest in coaching and development was sparked during

her first career as a chemist when she began facilitating the classes that kept her lab colleagues safe and technically competent. As she advanced in her career, she completed all course work towards a master’s degree from North Carolina State University (NCSU) in Training and Development, a Talent Management Certified Professional designation from the Institute of Organizational Development, and a Six Sigma Greenbelt from NCSU. She is also certified to administer and facilitate the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Benchmark 360 Assessments.

After working for several years in the pharmaceutical industry, Nicole rose to the position of Senior Director of Global Talent at Quintiles.  Among other accomplishments, she created and led a best in class talent development program for new Clinical Research Associates.  At the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), she designed and implemented an impactful leadership development program for mid to senior level managers. These experiences, among others, piqued her interest in helping people exceed in all aspects of their lives.

Thus, e3people was born. Nicole tailors her solutions to the nuanced needs of the individual, team, or business. Whether you are an executive, manager, entrepreneur or professional, Nicole can help you maximize your performance and achieve your most challenging goals.
